| Ellen Majeskie | We have American Home Shield in may we called American Home Shield to have our stove top looked at. Mr. Gaines came out and looked at our Stove and we were told he had to order our part for our stove. I waited till July before I called American Home to get his number to see how long it would be until he would be out to repair our stove. I called and left several messages he never once returned my call. I called American home shield to see if they could get him to return their call. He told them that he would have to order our part and would give us a call that evening which he never did. I had to have another company come out and repair my stove. I don't recommend this company to anyone at all. he took our money and never repaired our stove. a very unhappy customer. |
| Kelly Johnson | We've dealt with this company several times over the years. Horrible service! We have AHS and this company is on their contract list. Last year he came to service our refrigerator over the holidays; he came and collected the 75.00 service fee and never ordered the part or came back to fix it. He wouldn't return any phone calls either. This resulted in no refrigerator for almost a month over the Christmas holiday! He was scheduled to come out 3 weeks ago to service our dryer and was a no call/ no show 2 days in a row as well as denying that he ever had a work order with us through AHS. They are now scheduled to come out again but again we're getting the run around! Horrible....Horrible service. Do not use this company!!!!! |
