Mick the first guy that came was great.. Nathan that came was rather on the rude side... asked of he wanted a Gatorade and just said... NO... and he acted like he didnt know what he was doing

Our tech was professional and courteous. He knew what to look for and how to fix it, and he cleaned up after the problem was resolved. Can't ask for much more than that.

A very efficient job, done quickly. He knew exactly what he needed to do. The dryer now is working well.

Payed 75 diagnostic fee for the to tell me control board was bad. Bought a new one and didn't fix the issue. They couldn't care less as long as they have my money

Don't bother. All they want to do is sell you their warranty plan. I knew what was wrong with my range, asked for a repair, and all I got was a diagnosis for 100. I told the guy on the phone to make sure the tech brought the part range surface control switch to repair my range. He didn't have the part and could not repair it. Said it'll be another visit and suggested where I could buy the part. HIs first question was if I was on a warranty plan and he gave me info for their warranty plan when he left. The guy on the phone also gave me all the details about their 50/month warranty plan.

This was the third service call for the same issue, and it is STILL not fixed. We have a 4th service set up for next week.

We have a 4 year old Kenmore/LG refrigerator. The technician arrived 3 weeks ago stating he did not know what he was coming to work on, even though he replaced the main control board last September. Not knowing what he was coming to work one gave him the excuse that he did not have the right compressor on his truck. About 10 days later, he arrived to install the compressor that was shipped to us. Meanwhile we are living out of coolers with about 40 of ice. Now we are waiting on him to return and fix another cooling issue, The refrigerator is at 42 deg and the freezer is at 20 deg. It is set for 33 and 0 deg. It will be another week before we see him.

The repair man himself did a wonderful job. But for one of the repairs, the wrong part was sent.

This repair visit was a joke!!! My front load Electrolux washer door doesn't always unlock when wash completed. Called for repair arrived within the 4 hour period. Tech ran rinse spin cycle the door unlocked as should. Explained to him the door may unlock 3 times then stay locked on 4th and multiple times after , I have to use cancel button to unlocked door. He stated “everything looks good” How can things look good when door stays locked much of time???? He then stated “ I can't start replacing parts not knowing what the problem is, That would be a waste of money”. There was no concern about the waste of money when I paid hundreds for extended warranty! I'm so angry about this! I was told the door would have to be locked before they could diagnose problem”. To me that's a waste of money to keep running washer until stays locked then have to call and wait for appointment for repair. Beware, do your research before purchasing Electrolux or sears extended warranty!

My dryer stopped working that day for we went on a trip. I called to schedule appointment for the day that we would return. The technician showed up on time and proceeded to tell me that there is nothing wrong with my dryer. He spent about 10 minutes at the house and did not attempt to test any of the models on the dryer to diagnose the problem. After he left, we had a lot of laundry to do, so we proceeded. The dryer never got hot or dryed any of our clothes. I ended up paying 97.23 for 10 minutes of nothing. I attempted to call them back before leaving this review, but I could not even understand the person on the other in of the phone. Her accent was way too thick and she did not understand what I was trying to say. I absolutely cannot go without the dryer with a large family. We had to go purchased a new one. I would stay away from Sears. The company has gone down obvious reasons and their appliance repair is no different

I would actually give zero Stars if I could. The company reached out to me after not being able to fix our dryer yet they took our money. I responded back to them and have yet to hear it. Avoid this company at all costs. There are much better Alternatives out there.
