| Caitlin Al-Hussein | Wow! I'm blown away at the generosity I received today at this establishment. I pulled in on a wheel sitting under a shredded tire. I am 8 months pregnant and never experienced a flat tire, and nothing has been going my way today. I was hysterically crying as I was terrified and I had a 22 month old in the back seat. I made it to this shop on a prayer! They greeted me immediately and tried to make sense of my words through the sobbing.. Chris was AMAZING and professional. He worked with me to find a solution as I already had an appointment to get new tires later in the day. He talked me through it and pulled the spare out of my trunk. He pulled the tire off and installed the spare within a few minutes. He wouldn't even let me pay him! I was in an extremely dangerous situation and he made sure I would be safe when I pulled away with my babies. I can't thank him enough for taking care of me today!! My husband, my dad, and my brother are all very grateful that he didn't try to take advantage of the situation. Please make sure Chris gets recognized! |

| Pat Mitchell | 12/2/19 went to the Kingston pike location for a tire repair. No appointment, and only went because it was close to where the tire found a nail. So glad I did, they were so fast I didn't even get their names. Very professional and price was WAY beyond fair. While there another gentlemen raved about the place. There are 100s of oil and tire places. Most don't care about the people that pay the bills for these places. Give this place a try, I did and will absolutely return. Thanks guys. |
