Robert Pollock | My machine constantly stopped at the 30 and 16 minute mark of each cycle while displaying a code of "FE," and I called Mr. Appliance. The repair person who arrived was on time, polite, and very clean. He "thought" it might just be the computer needed to be reset and completed that process. He also balanced my machine as I had asked. He also advised, "it might be the valve that allows water into the machine, but he would like to just try the reset to see if that worked." It did not. I called and was told the new part was about 114 and I would have to pay in advance for the repair person to return. I paid it, and two days later the repair person returned and installed the new valve. The first load of laundry after he left, the machine did exactly the same thing, at the same time, with the same error. So, I am out 215, the machine is not fixed, and I am NOT A HAPPY customer. |
