Had a very nice experience with Aviv Service. Scheduling was quick with next day service. Todd was the technician sent to service my GE refrigerator and Frigidaire dryer. He came within the time frame scheduled, he called 20 minutes before he arrived and he arrived on time. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed during his check of refrigerator and dryer, quickly located the trouble and made the repairs. A refrigerator part had to be ordered and he was back in two days to install the new part. Both are working fine today.

I had Aviv out to fix my dryer yesterday. Alex was extremely nice, had the parts needed with him, and fixed the problem quickly. He was neat and tidy and also gave me great advice on how to make my dryer and washer work better and more efficiently for me. My only suggestion would be that the technicians be provided a vacuum from the company -- my vacuum was required to remove all the lint in the dryer, which I didn't mind him borrowing, but it seems like this would be a common need for the technicians, so the company should give them one to use so that they do not have to ask for one. Again this is no criticism for Alex - just a suggestion for Aviv.

I had issues with an aging refrigerator and dish washer I inherited in a home purchase. Aviv service was great. They were able to get a technician out the next day. The tech was friendly, skilled and professional, My issues were resolved for a reasonable charge. I had used them before and will use them again.
