Appliance Repair by Geek Squad in Charleston, South Carolina

Normally I have no issues with Geek Squad when it comes to getting devices repaired and replace BUT this is the first time I'm dealing with the West Ashley, SC location. I dropped my Tv off at this store over a week ago to get fixed. I received a tracking number later that day I by email. That tracking number hasn't been updated in 5 days and I haven't received and phone calls form them so I decided to call this store's Geek Squad Center. I was transferred over by employees 4 times before I was sent to customer service. I explained my experience to the guy that answered the phone and he said “sooo... you have a device here or something” with no compassion or consideration about my experience in order to rush me off the phone. I was going to tell him “I wasn't calling to order a pizza” He then put me on hold and when he finally came back to the call he STILL didn't help me. Now I have to DRIVE TO THIS STORE! Please don't deal with this location!

Run, don't walk, away if you're coming for an Apple product repair. Terrible communication on product status and no one ever picks up the phone. I ended up going there bc I got an appointment a day earlier than at the Apple store, but joke's on me. I'm going on three weeks without my watch and kicking myself for not going straight to Apple.
