I called Dryer Vent Wizard on a Thursday afternoon and explained the situation. They were able to have a tech come out on Friday morning. The tech quoted me a reasonable price and explained the breakdown of the work and the cost associated with each step of the job. I signed off on the quote and he began work immediately. When he went under the house he discovered that the job would not be quite as difficult as he had thought, and he came out and told me that the job would end up costing quite a bit less. I would have never known the difference if he hadn't been honest about it, but he ended up doing the job for 150 less than the quote. Less than 24hrs after I made the call to Dryer Vent Wizard, my dryer setup is safe and up to code, completely useable. The tech was very nice and respectful, cleaned up well after himself. I would highly recommend them. |
