They work on many brands and Samsung was one of them. Yesterday the repairman came when we were in a big power outage and he was able to determine that it was a sensor. He had the part on his truck and had it fixed in no time. When power was restored I in fact had a working dryer. I give him a 5 star because he fixed it even without having power. He could have easily rescheduled the appointment and I would have been going to the laundromat today. Thank you Sears A & E Repair for helping me. |
