Had a plugged main drain from the street into our house creating backup into our basement ewww. Scott showed up sooner than expected whew and worked relentlessly for 4 hours non-stop poor dude. Finally success on this stubborn thing. Mucho thanks and well done!

We have had two very bad plumbing problems in the last couple months. Both times we had sewage backup in both bathrooms and needed emergency services. Both times we called Roto Rooter in Green Oregon and both times they blew us off and we had to call other places. This time they told us we would need to wait until Monday although we have sewage overflows in our house. They don't seem to be concerned that they are losing business either. I would not recommend them if you need help fast, and although they claim to be 24 hour service, they don't come when it is at night, no matter how bad your problem is. The one time they did finally come out, the problem came back right away after the service people left, and when we called them to have them back out, they blew us off and never called back making us suffer a loss financially having another plummer service come fix what we paid roto to fix. Not happy

I had an appointment at 8 in the morning at 9:30 I called the office to find out where they were they never showed up and when I try to reschedule they hung up on me they were very rude
