Angela Thomas | A couple weeks ago my mother and I went and purchased a stove here. We spent over 500. We also needed the stove delivered and installed. The owner says for 50 the stove would be delivered and installed. So, I payed him 50 in the store, along with the price of the stove. Stove gets delivered. Delivery guy says, you owe me 110. I said, no sir, I payed the delivery and install charge at the store. He says, oh okay. The owner came to our house 2 weeks later at 7:30 pm asking me for the 110. I sayed, you told me 50 and I payed it at the store. He says, well my delivery guy did a lot why he was here. I said, he turned off the gas. He said, yes and that's going to cost you 110 extra. I said, well that's not what you said at the store. He said, oh yes I did. I then say, well give me the ticket. He said no. Just never come to my store again. You know, what's wrong with people? All of that bullying was very unnecessary. That is such horrible business. This man and his delivery man need to let people know what to expect before doing anything extra then delivery and install. I would have never allowed him to turn my gas off if I would have been told ahead of time that it was going to run me an extra 110. Merry Christmas BJ appliance. |
Jennifer Morales | If you want a deal, go to them, if you want customer service and your warranty honored, go somewhere else. It's been over two weeks , this is ridiculous. My neighbor had the same problem, wash machine wasn't working properly, their repair man couldn't fix and they take forever to make it right. |
