I had an LED TV that displayed not picture. I called Mykes TV and he was able to come out the next day at my requested time. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgable about TVs. Our screen needed to be replaced though which would have cost more than getting a new TV, so I was only charged 50 for the visit. I would definitely call him again if I had any problems.

When Myke's was at the Whitehall location I took my 48” Panasonic Plasma television in because it wasn't turning on. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the power source for a good price. They even charged me wholesale for the part, which saved me about 30 from what I was finding online. The turnaround was quick two days and the TV has worked great ever since, long outlasting the lifespan that most of these televisions have. The star deduction comes from the repairman making a crack about why I wanted to fix such an “old and outdated” television the manufacture date is 2008. That's not his business. I like the TV and wanted it fixed. There was no need to say such a thing. Regardless, the repairs were top notch and I would use their service again.
