The ice maker and the controls all seem to work well. The only issue is that the freezer door isn't flush with the refrigerator door, and the freezer door appears to be slightly higher than the fridge door. |

It was going to be a 2 WEEK WAIT for parts but its under warranty so what can you do. Appointment time comes around and "Oh sorry we had a more priority appointment we have to reschedule yours.". I'm sorry, but if I paid for this warranty, you need to honor it and the appointment. Now I have to hope they can get here on ANOTHER DAY I HAVE TO TAKE OFF before I leave town that afternoon to get it repaired, and if not "Oh well not our problem.". Save yourself the money on the warranty if you ever think of getting one, and just go and pay someone to repair it. It would be less of a hassle than dealing with their extraordinarily bad customer service department who gave me three different excuses as to why they couldn't honor their agreement for that appointment. Seriously, do not bother with this company. |
