Eddie Place, Mountaineer Mechanical's owner and Bobby Strong, General Manager, came by our Condo to talk with me about a commercial they were about to create. While they were here, I asked Eddie to check the Bryant unit that was in the condo when we bought it. He found it was rusting out in many areas and not doing the job it should. In fact it was dripping water into the basement garage. In less than an hour I signed a zero percent interest contract a a Trane unit twice the size of the Bryant had been purchased. Bobby set and installation date. On that date Bobby Strong and his crew removed the old unit and installed the Trane .. all in one day. In fact it was 7:36 that evening when Bobby finished. We turned it on and we have never been happier. Evidently the condo builders installed these cheap units when they built the condo. In the winter it takes less than 20 minutes to heat the home and about the same to cool it from 79 to 70 degrees. We sleep year round in 66 degree temperatures as it is healthier. Trane and Mountaineer Mechanical have made us happy Trane owners.
