Appliance Repair by The Home Depot in Fargo, North Dakota

I went to the “Pro Account desk” in the store to have them quote me prices for insulation and Sheetrock. I get to the desk and one employee directed me to their sales associate Ray. Waited a minute while he was busy, then told him I needed a quote on insulation and Sheetrock. He said okay. He starts looking it up and asks how much I needed. I said I wasn't sure and told him the dimensions of the garage and the height of the walls, so he could get the right amount of quantity of both the insulation and Sheetrock . No more than five seconds after I told them the dimensions, he freaked out and said I don't have time to be doing this I got 3 big commercial jobs to be doing rather than this! He told me to email him my dimensions and he'd get back to me later. What terrible customer service! If you're worried about commercial accounts more than you should have a person strictly for that! Ray Estrella was very unprofessional and this was within 2 minutes of talking with him. No wonder why there was only 10 cars in the parking lot. I guess they're not worried about over the 1,000 in the same material Menards quoted me. Looks like I won't be going back there for anything. This review would definitely be a zero if that was an option.

Located just off the interstate makes access more convenient than some other hardware stores in the area. However, prices seem to be a little higher than other hardware stores in the area. I can usually get a team member to assist if needed. Almost always well stocked. I tend to purchase items frequently there and pay the little extra rather than driving further up the road.

Very large store. Well organized and an exhaustive selection of merchandise. Everything you might want for home finishing, decorating and repair. Friendly staff was helpful directing me to what I was looking for.
