| pamela santacroce | My parents took my mother's sewing machine here for maintenance and after having it for several weeks they called to tell her it needed a new cord and they would not be able to fix it. To top that off they charged my parents 45 for a “bench fee”. I have not been in the shop but I feel this is very poor customer service and they should not advertise that they repair all machines. Very disappointing experience. I am an ambitious quilter and most sewing machine shops I have experience with are willing to work with their customers. |
