Appliance Repair by Northern Plains Mechanical in Fargo, North Dakota

This company came out and remove our outside a/c unit so we could redo concrete and landscaping. Couple weeks later the a/c quit working after they installed it. They tell me it was low on Freon and don't know why, but I could see some were there was some changes made to the outside unit. A bill was sent to us, I asked why we had to pay for the "rework". Was told to either pay for it or they would file paper work.

We just had a new furnace and ac unit installed along with all new ducting for our customer waiting area and offices. The staff was friendly and the job was completed on time and under budget. The owner was very responsive throughout and had good communication. We are enjoying our new system and would definitely use these guys again.

Just built a house and had some plumbing problems. The original plumber whose work was supposed to be under warranty never responded to phone calls so I had to call someone to fix my leaking sink. Northern Plains Mechanical responded right away and had it fixed. I would refer them to anyone.
