I used Tin Lizzee to diagnosis my refrigerator. John S. was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the problem. Lucky for us it was a minor repair. This is a wonderful service that was quick and efficient and affordable. Unlike the other place that I called that wanted to charge me 89-129 for a diagnostic and could not come out until about 2 weeks later. I definitely will use Tin Lizzee again for future appliance issues. I will tell all my friends and family about this service also. I used Tin Lizzee to determine what was wrong with my dishwasher. The tech was so great, and friendly. The whole process very smooth. We found the problem in about 10 minutes. it was really easy. I loved it! Best part is it saved me at least 200! I would recommend to a friend, and I will use it again.

I used their service at my workplace to fix one of our Frigidaire freezers that wasn't freezing . The technician I worked with was immediately able to help me identify the malfunctioning part and linked me to where I could order it- for only 10! After installing the part our freezer has been working perfectly, and it only took 35 to fix it- that's including the cost of Tin Lizzee's service and the cost of the part! They were super great to work with with great customer service too. Would highly recommend their service if you need appliance repair of any kind!
