I've worked with these guys on three different occasions over the last several years and they do a good job and charge a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

I thought I was going to have to buy a new sink but thought to stop in and see if they could give me another option...they did! Simple fix. All I needed was a tiny washer and some education will certainly return if I ever need plumbing assistance in the future!

Do Not Use this Business for any service. I had a sewer issue Nov 20th, 2018. They came out to clean out the roots in the sewer line and charged me 400.00 to 500.00. I paid the bill. Less than a month later, I had the same issue again and they came out again to fix the same issue. They then charged me again for the same issue. I only paid half the bill due to them not honoring the service the first time. I talked to the ownerDale and told him I was only paying half of 2nd bill due to them not honoring their service on the first time out. He accepted the payment. I had to use Roto-Rooter a few weeks later to fix the issues that Kannapolis Service did not fix. I now do not have any more issues with my sewer line.
