Do not, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They do not do the repair, they simply charge 80. to find someone ELSE to do it. Your repair is inflated by that 80. for people who have virtually NOTHING to do with helping to fix your appliance. When I tried to locate this actual business, I discovered that it does not exist, at least not at that location on Main Street. I am getting ready to call channel 3 on my side. It takes a lot for me to say this, as I am a 10 year resident of Kannapolis, a teacher in the school system, and ALWAYS try to promote small businesses in the area. By the way, when I tried to call the number again, the day after they inflated my repair bill by 80., they must have blocked my number. I got a busy signal. ALL DAY. I tried a dozen times. Who has a busy signal these days? If you are legit, it goes to voicemail. I will tell ANYONE I see about my experience with these people.

Had a great experience although my very old washer was beyond repair and that it would be more value for money buying a new one. He was polite, fast and honest and it is refreshing to interact with such. Next time an appliance acts up, they will be my first call.

I would not recommend this place. The technician did something to my outlet to where now there is no power to it. I have called them twice and spoke with someone and still have not heard back from them.

I am blown away by their fast, courteous, honest and reliable service!! My washer was fixed a day after I called. Wish all repair companies were as fast and reliable as you people were!
