beverly robinson | Technician arrived on time. Had issues with two a.c. units. Technician fixed both and explained what was wrong with each of them. Out of all the technicians Sears has sent out, this was by far one of the most competent, professional, and thorough. My a.c. has never run better. The only issue I had was setting the return appointment. The tech was scheduled to come back due to having to get a part. He gave me an appointment date before he left. However, Sears ended up sending another technician . I was assured the technician would come after his current appointment. I waited the entire day, called Sears three times, each time they said the technician would call. Finally they had me call the next morning. I was told the tech would come the following day. I requested they send the original tech being that he had my a.c. part. The problem with Sears is the people setting the appointments obviously do not read their notes and Sears as a whole do not have a clue on logistics. Maybe if they focus on some of these issues, they could turn a profit and turn Sears around. |
DAV - Goldsboro Chapter 45 | I had them repair my Samsung dishwasher. The parts had to be ordered and what was received was not correct and parts had to be reordered. After the reordered parts came it they were installed and the repair only lasted one day and the dishwasher failed again on the second day. They are coming back to look at it again. Two weeks to get something repaired is ridiculous. |
