Appliance Repair by Lee’s Appliance Services in Goldsboro, North Carolina

Do not use this company for any type of repair!!! After 3 weeks of being in our new house, our oven stopped heating, which was still under warranty. We contacted Whirlpool who connected us with this repair business. My husband has called at a minimum of 7-8 times and spoken to the owner who on multiple occasions had no idea what we were even talking about. After a month of “waiting for the part to come in” my husband called and the owner asked if we were calling about a clock?! This is a horrible company with zero organization and I would not recommend them to anyone. We have spent over a month without a functioning oven, solely due to someone refusing to call us back or not having any idea of what we were even talking about. Do not use them!!!

Had a 4 hour window , they blew the time frame and then wouldn't answer the phone, frigidair then called them and they still didn't answer. They just wasted my whole day , never use this company.

A appliance service that knows exactly what to do to fix your appliance. Only down side is you will have to pay for the parts in advance. Some people may not like this but this is how it works now days. If you rather pay a lot more then that is your choice. Personally I like it done right and saving money.
