| A McD | I had some difficulty ordering a new washer and dryer. Once ordered and just a few days from delivery, the manufacturer told Lowes they discontinued what I had ordered. I want to say that Terry in appliances and Eddie in management were just awesome. Both men worked hard to find a replacement and make everything right. Though we had to wait a month to finally get the new washer and dryer we needed, Terry and Eddie did everything in their power to help. They communicated almost daily and they made sure we were happy in the end. I appreciate my local Lowe's. |
