Appliance Repair by Cliff’s Appliance Repair in Edenton, North Carolina

First they don't deserve any stars other than they did show up on the day and time that they scheduled. I called and made an appointment for warranty repair of a whirlpool dishwasher. When I called I told them that my water pump was bad and needed to be replaced. 2.5 weeks later they came out to tell me that my water pump was bad. They ordered the water pump and they said it would take a bout a week to get. A month later they are still waiting on the water. They have never never returned any of my phone calls or messages that I have left. Terrible service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's been more than a month and still have nothing from this company no parts no service no communication.

Had an appointment through whirlpool warranty service. Waited a week and a half, was told I would get a call from cliff the night before with a time window. That didn't happen 11am the day if the appointment I called cliff who had never heard of me because he canceled all appointments for the month because he was over booked, then said it would be another two weeks before he could get to me.

I heard there are good people working at this company but I don't they can keep running this company if they aren't able to complete any repairs. Whirlpool ended up finding another company for me. I've been without a washer for going on 2 months now.
