| Guisseppee Q Schvatzenheimer | Although the repair guy showed up on a Sunday and seemed to have completed the job satisfactorily, I made the mistake of paying him cash. I later found out that he failed to reinstall the dishwasher kickplate. I texted him and two Fridays in a row he promised to show up at a set time and didn't. Two Fridays wasted time waiting around. He never texted to tell me why or that he couldn't make it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIED ABOUT FINISHING THE JOB. He also lied about sending me an email receipt. DO NOT USE THIS GUY, HE IS UNTRUSTWORTHY! |
