Excellent service and personable repairman.

Tech came to service my washer ,dryer,and dish wsher left a mess in my sink to clean up and did this all in 20 minutes. How do you think he did?

This particular service project was complicated - the dishwasher was "tiled in," and the necessary replacement parts were not available. The technicians were remarkably professional. capable and persistent. They went out of their way to deal with the "tiled in" problem while searching for parts many places on the internet, not just in the stock on hand. I'm definitely contacting Sears again the next time I need someone reliable.

Appliance refrigerator was not repaired after new parts put in. Had to schedule another appt. Another day missing work. First appt. was canceled 15 minutes prior to end of appt. Another day missing work.

John was prompt, thorough and courteous. I will definitely call again if I have a repair need!

The service person was quick in diagnosing that the water heater was indeed leaking and needed a warranty replacement. However, when we checked with Sears he had yet to file a report even after 2 days and when they found the report it had the wrong information it took many calls and hours of holding on the phone to get it corrected. We still have not received a refund that is due. Sears is out of business and do not service in our zip code. Overall bad experience.

The problem was not fixed water leaked all over our wood floors damaging them ... and this was not the problem that we called about. So the technician caused a new one to occur.

The repair was scheduled for a couple of days after the call and the repair was efficiently and cheerfully completed. When making the request for repair, it's a good idea to inform them if you have stackable washer/dryers in a tight spot as they will need to schedule a "helper".
