So I had my laptop get a FREE Diagnostic by a different computer repair place. Result was that the newly installed RAM unit was "defective". I ordered a new RAM online and installed myself and it works perfectly. I contacted the Maroon Global Tech that worked on my laptop, to request a full refund for the purchased RAM unit, and my request went unanswered. Never will do business with them again. |
