Being new to relying on propane for heat we ran out a couple of times over the winter, mainly because they didn't bother showing when we called in. By the end of the season they were gouging us at 4.60+ per gallon. We contacted them recently about relocating the tank and getting a smaller tank. They quoted a price and said they'd be out the following Thursday. SHOCKER, they didn't show up!! No courtesy calls. When we finally called to find out what happened, we were told we "probably got missed. We'll have to call you back." Right, because you think we'd continue to do business with you? |
| Mark Bixby | Grahams LP Gas a division of Hometown Energy. Run don't walk away from this business . Grahams gets an F rating from the BBB. I canceled my service with them almost 2 years ago and they refuse to refund my money. I wrote to the New York Attorney Generals office and David Graham agreed the money is owed, but I still haven't received my refund. Everytime I speak to them on the phone I get a different answer, they sent the payment to the AG's office and the latest their lawyer has mailed me the check. |
