Dont ever not be abel to make a paymet for 1 week. cause if u ask them on the the day it is due. If you could make a double payment the fallowing week cause u dont have the funds thats week. The only way they will do it is if u are going to pay for 3 weeks. And say that is helping you out. I have never missed a payment the entire time i have been renting from them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I rented a 4500 laptop with option to pay 1900 in 6 months. I was going for 6 month option. This was for work purposes. I paid 229 for various fees and the first months rental. I didn't get on it until the 16th day and realized there was no disc drive, which I utilize a lot, for work. I take it in to return it, expecting by returning it and not renting for the full month, I'd get a refund. Nope, they will not refund even when returned, they keep your money then re-sell and/or re-rent taking the next persons money, as well. I'm shocked by this. So the male employee grabs it, when I said okay, I'll keep it and you can fight to get it back. At first, he would not let go and I said, Sir, I paid for this, I'm taking it for the term I already paid for. He pulled back and said but you said you're returning it. I then said, let go, I already paid for it. He did let go without a physical incident happening but I am appalled at the fact they will not refund money when you are not physically in possession of the item and returning it for another to rent. As I said, horrible experience, I'll stick to Best Buy and pay cash as we always have and skip the renting scam.

DON'T EVEN WASTE A MOMENT OF YOUR TIME &ENERGY WITH THIS RENTAL COMPANY!!! My process of applying there for a couch BEGAN at 10 am... 10 hours later .......After,The rude employeeAUDREY called MY list of references ALL of them almost immediately but ALL BY NOON!!!! My sister was quite Upset Audrey WAS DOWNRIGHT RUDE&NEVER INTRODUCED HERSELF AS WELL AS ABRUPTLY HANGING UP AFTER ASKING QUESTIONS IN A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER...5 hours later I basically Said well do u want my business or not!!?I was told SHE WAS STILL"VERIFYING" IDK WHAT ELSE SHE WAS DOING TO STILL " VERIFY" AND SHE SAID" HER manager was not in the building he went to the bank and to get coffee!!" who tells that to a POTENTIAL customer?!!!!! So finally at 6 pm that evening AS I WAS WALKING INTO WAL-MART TO JUST END UP PURCHASING A CHEAP FUTON,SHE FINALLY DECIDED TO CALL ME AND SAYS "I NEED PAYMENT NOW OR I CAN'T PROCESS YOUR ORDER!!" HAHAHA WHAT A JOKE!! I WOULDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER!! THEN SHE CALLS ONE OF MY FRIENDS AND TELLS HER TO MAKE CERTAIN I PAY IMMEDIATELY OR SHE'S CANCELLING MY ORDER!! NEXT DAY STILL CALLING ME... APPARENTLY SHE DECIDED TO WAIT ON HER THREATS Of CANCELLING MY ORDER AS SHE CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES!!! WELL WITH HER THREATS AND UNPROFESSIONALISM THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A COMPANY I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH PERIOD!!!! I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW THEY TREAT PPL AFTER THEY ACTUALLY GET THEIR MONEY!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I HAVE RENTED AND SUCCESSFULLY PAID OFF OTHER FURNITURE FROM OTHER RENT A CENTERS WITH SOME ISSUES FROM OTHER EMPLOYEES IN THE PAST BUT THIS HERE TAKES THE CAKE!! AUDREY YOU HAVE ALOT TO LEARN ABOUT TREATING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WITH GENUINE RESPECT AND DIGNITY AND THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TOO!!!!!I WAS ASKED TO BASICALLY PAY 140/ MONTH FOR A USED, PREVIOUSLY RENTED NOW CURRENTLY FLOOR MODEL COUCH THAT I ONLY SEEN PICS OF AND WAS GOING TO PAY OVER THE PHONE WITH MY BANK CARD FOR THE PAYMENT,WHICH SHE TOOK 10 PLUS HOURS TO GET BACK TO ME ON THEN WANTED PAYMENT RIGHT THEN IMMEDIATELY WHEN SHE DECIDED !!! UMM NOT HOW BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WORK IN MY BOOK!!! ALSO FIRST SAID SHE'D BE UNABLE TO DELIVER IT FOR ANOTHER WHOLE WEEK AT THAT!!!! ALL AROUND POOR,POOR SERVICE!! HOW THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS IS BEYOND ME IF ALL CUSTOMERS GET THIS TREATMENT!!! I'M NOT EVER THAT DESPERATE THAT I HAVE TO COMPROMISE BEING TREATED POORLY&CRAPPY!!! THEY'RE NOT DOING ME A FAVOR I'M DOING THEM ONE AND THEN SOME!! I AM THEIR REASON FOR WORKING NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!!!
