Appliance Repair by GRC Mechanical Services in South Hackensack, New Jersey

I was in need to get my furnace looked at today before the holiday week began since I can not take off of work very easily. They were VERY accommodating knowing my situation stating they had one guy that was a head of schedule and could possibly get to my house when I got out work early today, the tech guy Tim was fantasticvery nice, respectful, informative, knew what he was doing, the lady I spoke to on the phone even with my attitude due to my stress I give her lots of credit very sweet through the whole thing kudos to her I am not easy to deal with when I get into my stressed out mood I wish I remembered her name she deserves a raise Haha over all experience with this company 5 stars from the beginning to the end nothing but a good group of people and I am happy to know I have them to use again when or if I ever need to

The folks at GRC Mechanical Services are an awesome team. From the estimate to the instillation five star service. The installers did an amazing job keeping everything neat the job was professional and the quality of the work was amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for work done on there home.

GRC came over to my house on one of the hottest days of the year when my air conditioner failed to work. They told me what was wrong and was very knowledgeable. Showed me different new air condition units and how they would improve the quality of air flow through the house. I chose one and they were back within a day and installed the new unit. Did a nice clean job. The staff was courteous and helpful.
