| Eufemio Perez | If I could give 0 Stars I would! I sent them my Sony receiver for repair a few months ago and yes you guessed it the same problem came back. The receiver would say fan stop and turn . I brought it back and was told they would need a few days to look it over. I gave a week and called and was told they were too busy to look at it yet. I gave another week and called back and was told they still didn't have time to look at it and added that they had no way to gauge how much work they have and how long it would take to look at it. Finally I get a call back 3 days later saying he ran it for a few days and didn't find anything wrong with it so I could come pick it up. Got it home and guess what? Yup it started shutting off again. The person who picked up the phone was rude and unprofessional! Save your money and find another place to send your electronics. |
