| Kim Kondziolka | The name of this company should NOT be called Same Day Service. I had an appointment scheduled for 07/12, which I made on 07/11. On 07/11 I received a call that the service technician was 25 minutes away. I said “great but I scheduled this service appointment on 07/12” so they reconfirmed my appointment for 07/12. They couldn't provide a specific time they would arrive at my home so I made arrangements, with my work, last minute to leave so I could be home around 12:00. Well, you can probably guess what happened THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I called twice to confirm my appointment and I was told “oh yes you have an appointment and someone will be there soon”. I finally received the call after 6:00 pm that they weren't able to come. I was so furious, even though I had a “feeling” that they were going to blow me off. I plan on contacting the manager on Monday to let them know how upset I am with their service. My thoughts about this company is......bullshitthattheyprovidesamedayservice |
