Appliance Repair by Sears Appliance Repair in Las Vegas, Nevada

I was looking for a part and after giving me the run around for a little while, they connected me to Sears Parts Direct, where I ordered the part. I wish they had common parts in a local physical store, though.

This shop must not be at this location anymore.

A 4 hour span for arrival is to long. It means that I have to stay home for 4 hours to wait for the service. The service that was provided after the service man arrived was great.

We called Sears for service on our washer after it didn't stop filling and we had water running everywhere. They were able to come out within 2 days of our issue, they called to let us know a technician was on the way along with an email with his picture, which I thought was a wonderful safety feature. Louis was friendly and professional when he arrived at our home, quickly and efficiently diagnosed our issue and had it fixed in no time. He was extremely patient and answered all our questions and left our laundry room free of any debris or dirt from his repair. I would highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair and especially Louis if you ever need a repair. I will 100 use them in the future should the need arise.

I booked my apt online so I never actually spoke to anyone, but they sent me an email with a 4 hour window of arrival time 1-5. Not exactly convenient, and I had to take off work to wait at home for them to come. at 10 min to five I'm looking to see if i have notifications as to the status of their arrival, none. at 5 I determine they are not coming. at 5:10 a tech calls to say he is on the way and it will take him 40 minutes to the there. That is unexceptionable!! I took off of work to stay at home for 4 hours, arranged for my child to be picked up from daycare and looked after while I waited and they wanted another 50 just to arrive? No. Complete waste of time.

I have had service from two Sears appliance repairmen. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend their services.

I didn't have any service. The tech did not service my washing machine that was a Samsung recall and he did not fix it to make it safe ,or recommend to you that you replace my washer even though my sears contract states I can be given a replacement washer. I think Sears is horrible and it was a useless extended warranty on my washer. I wasted over 269.00 for a service contract that was useless and your customer service sticks. In regards to handling my washer that was recalled I had a useless service contract with Sears. I have spent much money in Sears on appliances over the years and will now take my business elsewhere and I suppose your service is why so many Sears are closed now .Horrible experience with SEARS washer & warranty . .

Nice service repair man came abd fixed my dryer in minutes! He represented the company well & the price was RIGHT. I recommend and will call again if i need appliance repair.

Part was replaced without putting in all the screws. If we had not noticed it I'm sure the plastic part would have eventually broken again. I expect better from Sears & for over 300.
