My mother bought a washer and dryer from him comes with a warranty yea right. Called and asked when my mother bought the washer and dryer and he said "idk look on your invoice and said if you want me to tell you it will be a 50 dollar charge to give you this information" who says that to a paying customer?? Cant believe this guy is still in business. And the whole place looks roach infested. Never will I recommend someone to come here and to think I almost bought a set off them to never will this guy get anymore of our business. Go to capital city appliance very professional and lots to choose from. |
| Brandon D | NEVER GO HERE Sam the owner was so rude and no matter how many times I gave them my connect they always lost it and he was rude on the phone in person he had my tv for 2 months before even giving me any information about it then after he told me what need to be done and we agreed on the price and everything told me he would give me a call by the end of the week but nothing. So when I called him he said that it will now cost more if he can even fix it at all and when we ask for it back he told us to pick it up next week. I dont know how this man is in business but I cant believe someone think this is an okay way to treat there customers. |
