Friendly staff, knowledgable and helpful. While I was there 2 other received the same wonderful treatment. Try getting that at a big box store.

I bought a used washer there and I plugged it in and ran a cycle through and it was moving all over the place and tried balancing it several times and it didn't work. I called them back and told them the problem and since I was far away they weren't going to come out and fix it. I talked to them and said I would bring it back to them to get it fixed or get another one. When I arrived I delivered it back and the people started knit picking and asked him a bunch of questions because they thought I did something to it. And I didn't do anything to it. Then he tells me that they run it to make sure it works but it didn't work the way it was supposed to when he said it would when it didn't. And then he started giving me an attitude. Since he was arguing with me I decided to leave to save a problem. After that I would not recommend this place to anyone. I feel because of the service and attitude of the people.

Not good at customer service. They couldn't troubleshoot a dishwasher problem... but promised to get it fixed. One month later, I had to have the warranty company replace the dishwasher. Won't use them again for anything.
