Carri Prusia | Our church was ripped off. This company was contacted when our exhaust fan at our church was no longer operating correctly. We agreed to 100 trip charge and informed that the cost for labor was 100 per hour plus parts. The first tech came out and after 30 minutes he had no clue what was wrong. He said it would be too dangerous to continue on his own as he said it was probably a belt and the large hood had to be removed. He brought a second technician with him a week later and found a simple disconnect switch, on the outside of the building, was in the wrong position. Our church was charged 500 for this. The tech was accusatory in that he claimed one of our volunteers had to have done it. I don't suggest using this company as their practices of demanding a credit card up front are sketchy as best. After they rack up the charges, without getting full approval first, they hit that credit card and then you are stuck. We tried to resolve this with both the service and general manager but to no avail. Our video shows that the tech was not even working in the correct area of the issue to start with. Both managers failed to answer the question as to why a disconnect switch was not first checked. The statements of service are not even filled out indicating what they worked on. Not a trustworthy company. |
