Explained the process and had the part on the truck. I couldn't tell you the employees name. Nor did he take shes off or wear booties. Part not on truck has to order and return. Although problem seemed to be fixed the experience was way better with the other appliance company. |

We're going to look at buying a new one rather than fix the issues with the current one. But, if we change our mind and elect to get this one repaired, the trip charge is good for 30 days, so we won't get charged a second time if he comes back out.
