I bought a used Bernina machine at an estate sale and wanted to have it serviced and purchase a couple small parts that were missing. I was greeted right away and the lady who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable when I asked questions. I also have to commend whoever worked on my machine, as they went out of their way to fix it in a way that would both be the most inexpensive to me but also keep the original integrity of the machine. I hope to be able to take some of their classes in the future and will definitely be returning for an parts or accessories needed for my machine or projects. |
