| Janet | Such great service and so trustworthy and honest - called Schneider about a Sony TV issue and was told over the phone the part needed would cost about 700 so probably wasn't worth it to fix. When I decided I'd probably just have to throw out my 4 year old 65 inch Sony Bravia, the guy on the phone told me I should call Sony even though the Tv was out of warranty because it looked like they might fix this specific part for free due to some issue they were aware of for this model. I called the number he gave me and now I have a free repair scheduled by Sony - all thanks to Schneider. Will definitely go here for any TV repair in the future and recommend them to anyone that has TV issues. |
