| Jesse Kieffer | Getting the quote was easy and he gave us two cost effective options with a lot of value. We got two quotes from other companies and thought this one was the best. We were going to get the RunTru HVAC equipment which is Trane's entry level budget option. We got a call from Indoor Comfort Team and they told us due to low availability of RunTru they upgraded us to Trane for no extra cost. We we're very pleased with the quality of the installation. The technicians were super polite and even our dog liked them. I was run through everything they did following the install. They were super informative and accommodating. I would reccomend Indoor Comfort Team to anyone who is looking to HVAC related services. Couldn't be happier. |
| Patrick Curry | I would like to take this time to give a thumbs up to Indoor Comfort. I recently wrote a review in which I scored Indoor with a 3 only because of a unresolved customer referral. Adam over at Indoor Comfort took the time out to personally call me to discuss and resolve the issue. It in fact was the result of lost mail. If Indoor took the time to listen, discuss and resolve a matter of much lower cost then I believe that this is a company that will stand behind there work and will work to resolve any issues that may arise. I will be scheduling PM for my unit. |
