| A. D. | Very Dissatisfied. Tech came out to fix our dryer that had a bad heating element. Gave us a cost for 208 to fix so we approved. Once done received a bill for 411 and was charged 150 for a 30 part that took 30 minutes to install. Contacted Sears Home Services to request that they refund the difference between what was quoted and what was charged and was denied. Could have purchased a new dryer for that cost and would not have approved them to do the work if given accurate estimate. |
