| Jay Rice | Called to see if they would fix an old RCA console radio/turn table. Answer was if I dropped it off and gave him 35, he could let me know in a few months. I'm not gonna pay 35 to get that yes or no question answered. The second question was which of 2 fans was fan 1 on my Samsung TV? He said it would take him a couple hours to do that research and wasnt willing to do that unless he get paid. I'd be leery of dropping off anything there at that pace. A professional should be able to answer that question in a matter of minutes. Customer Service wins business. If your concerned about before your Customers, that's backwards. If you take care of your Customer first, the just comes automatically. I said maybe I'm asking the wrong guy and he agreed. Ha! Good luck to them but it's not looking good from thos side as long as that guy is working there. |
