| Jeffrey Sikut | Went here to look at exterior doors. Nobody was present in the section or at the desk. Went to customer service to ask if there was anyone that could help with questions or options. The lady at customer service asked me “what kind of questions do you have?” I informed her what I was looking for and she said she could show me some options. I was interested in composite or fiberglass pre hung exterior doors. She showed me a cheep wood door and frame. I told her again what I was there for. She then said she would have to order those. She offered no help with selection or order placement....so I walked out and gave up. |
| Barney Dykes | Small store. Does not always have what is on website. Helpers, when available, are courteous. Prices are reasonable when products are in stock. It is frustrating to have to drive round trip at least 60 miles to go to a larger store. |
