horrible, horrible service...very rude and unprofessional;...he was sent out by my warranty company but he never did call me to schedule an appointment. I had to call him. got an appointment finally for 4 days later only to have him just not show up or answer my calls. I had my warranty company call him and he said he was running late. still no sign of him. once I finally got him to answer my call he said he had his kids and could not make the appointment. I would not use this company. ever! I only gave one star because it does not let you post unless you choose one. I give zero stars.

Called for repair. He came next day, collected service fee. Was told part should only take one week. Called him almost 2 weeks later was told part was ordered online, it gets here when it gets here. Never heard from him again, refuse to call him. Very rude, unprofessional.
