| Doug G | WOW!!! I have NEVER had such HORRIBLE service from Warner Stellian!!!! we bought a LG microwave, it failed in less then a month. We tried to return it, NOPE, must service it. Then after saying we just want a refund they pushed and pushed us to exchange for something else. Ryan the store manager insisted we do an exchange, I didn't want any of their products. When they finally agreed that the microwave was dead, they once again said I should come in and find a new microwave which I already bought somewhere else and if there was a price difference I would be refunded the difference. He told his staff I was to get an exchange. Finally got to Penelope who fixed the problem. After this experience I will be taking my money somewhere else!!!! They used to be great, not anymore!!!! |
| JD Anderson | We got a new washer dryer set after our LG washer went out after 14 years. We found the BEST PRICE in the area here in a new LG set. The prices where great and the delivery, installation and disposal fee was better than most other places. When we went a sale had just started so it was busy. The sales woman was held up with another couple who couldn't make a decision, I could see she was trying to get to us but every time she tried they wouldn't let her go. Not the saleswoman fault she tried. I would just recommend maybe having one more staff member help when it get busy. Overall I would recommend this place if your in the market for appliances. |
