| duffy altermatt | I want to give my opinion regarding Best Buy Apple Valley, MN. I have bought several items from this store and have never had a problem like I have had the past few days. my 1st time, this week, in the Apple Valley store I went in and had every intention of purchasing a specific item from them don't like purchasing "on-line" and stood there waiting for ANY employee just to walk by me so i could ask them to open up the display. After being in the store for 10 min. I left very upset! After cooling off I decided to look at purchasing "on line" but i thought i would give BB AV another try so i went to the Store AGAIN, WITH THE SAME result. Now i'm upset i wasted my time twice. So I called the Store, talked to Jake very nice and very helpful I asked for the Store manager, Lester I told him my issue he agreed should not have had this issue. So I went back to the store today, I talked with Jake again Great Guy and Great Help Lester didn't greet me, didn't apologize, didn't personally handle my issue. I work in retail also, if my store had this issue we would personally deal with "said customer" from beginning to end. Because Best Buy is the only game in town, and I believe in buying from a MN. company this experience has strained my thoughts with purchasing on line |

However it was really kind of a let down that they only have one type of gas oven in the AV store and a bunch of electric ovens. The closest store that I could actually look at the stove I wanted to buy was 20mi away...not exactly convenient. |
