D H | My dishwasher's top rack was tilting off. Called Yale and the customer service rep was very professional. She asked for basic data such as serial number, model number, and scheduled an appointment. Scheduling confirmation was sent before the appointment. Tim came and quickly fixed the rack within an hour. Tim was polite and helpful with future maintenance tips. It turned out that the parts were a known manufacturer issue, and Yale could fix and then get reimbursement from the manufacturer. Tim already had the parts as they prepared for it before the service call. It was a real help to have a working dishwasher. |
