I am sure they do a good job, but I have driven a collective 10 hours to repair a piece of equipment and they did not let me know that they wouldn't fix it under warranty. Ten hours of driving... when they could have communicated... in fact I had called them the day prior and their response was "we just finished it but haven't had a chance to call you yet! Come on down" when in fact no progress was made in 3 weeks and lead me to believe the job was finished...inexcusable |
