I spent over 3k on a refrigerator which was scheduled to be delivered to me between 1 and 5pm on 2/14/20. I waited within the delivery window for a call 30 mins prior to delivery for which I never received. I canceled my dinner plans and jumped through loop holes to find out where my delivery was with no resolve. Today 2/15 I called again one of the many numbers which don't put you in touch with an actual person to find out where my delivery is. I was told the delivery company will get in touch with me once they get ahold of the ware house. Low and behold no one ever contacted me and I'm wondering where the item that I paid 3,500 for is which was promptly deducted from my bank account and promised on a certain day and time. No one even gave me the decency to call me and let me know what was up. I'm actually still wondering whether or not I threw 3,500 down the pot for no reason. For all know the appliance I paid for is stolen!!! I am shocked and annoyed by the lack of organization and communication by Home Depot. I wouldn't even be leaving this review if someone would have just answered or returned my call. Whether it be 3 or 3,000 this company does not value your service or your time so I suggest you try Lowe's regardless of Home Depot's false promises or their prices. |
