First, the receptionist/scheduler/customer service representative extraordinaire ! was so incredibly kind and helpful. I had to reschedule the water delivery because the pool was delayed in getting to us, and she could not have been more understanding about the situation! Then the gentleman who delivered the water was on time and very nice. The water took about 20 mins for about 6,000 gallons to fill the pool and, just like that, it was done. Amazing. Finally, the water was CRYSTAL CLEAR and so easy to treat so that we could get swimming right away. I could not be happier with my experience with Cropper's!! Thank you for providing this service!! |
