Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Leesville, Louisiana

Great place to find everything you need for home improvement. I have had great experiences here in the past but recently I have not had great customer service. Two employees showed me great customer service but the other 4 I had to interact with acted as if helping me was an absolute chore. I do hope this is just a bad day for them, and it gets better.

We decided to use Lowe's in our decision to remodel our home and went with a wood like tile. Upon contract agreement It was stated it would be a 3-5 day job. We are currently going on our third week and the job is still not completed. Due to our disapproval of the leveling of Initial installation , we requested a 2nd look by a Lowe's contractor and the installation manager. It was then determine that Over 60 tiles did in fact need to be replaced. Due to cost effectiveness Of the contract, they will let the Initial installers continue to replace the tile and finish the 800+ sf. Only so far Over 13 tiles were replaced however, now others around are chipped and were filled with grout. I am extremely disappointed in the type of service and installation we have received thus far. I will continue to post updated pictures once the job is complete.

Horrible customer service . I made an order online to pick up, got an email that it was ready and when i get there my item is missing . They said either an associate bought it since it was on sale or it was stolen. Instead of trying to get me another one or look for another store who may carry it she just kept telling me it was obviously taken... well obviously. The bare minimum is always done here. The only reason this place still has the business it has is because of the corporation not your lazy sales reps. It'd also be nice to have an actual register open not just self check out because some of us do have discounts we'd like to use.
